Job Description
The Morgan Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartments and selling the products and services of the community. You will also be required to maintain thorough product knowledge of the community and the competition, and to participate in resident functions and other sponsored activities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of leasing experience in multifamily property management preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service and respond to resident requests in a timely manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and car registration
