Requirements

  • At least two years of sales or leasing experience
  • Strong social media and marketing skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Passion for planning and executing resident events
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Yardi, CRM platforms, and Yieldstar (a plus)
  • Valid driver's license
