Job Description
Edward Rose & Sons is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join their on-site community team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will help support a positive experience for residents by presenting community information, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Previous experience in multi-family property management (preferred)
  • Previous leasing experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software (preferred)
  • Flexible work schedule with weekend hours possible
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
