We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our Performance Management team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for residents and will play a critical role in creating a great leasing and living experience for residents.

Requirements

  • Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects
  • Respond to all online rental inquiries and prospects
  • Maintain the “tour route” to the highest standard of cleanliness & maintenance
  • Follow the proper screening procedures
  • Prepare and execute the entire lease agreement
  • Collect all funds & move-in related fees
