Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide top quality customer service to prospective and current residents, conduct onsite community tours, and lease apartments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year sales or leasing consultant experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.

What You Will Do

The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for providing customer service, conducting community tours, leasing apartments, working with residents on lease renewals, and supporting marketing efforts. They will also prepare and assist with leasing documentation, maintain a working knowledge of rent and pricing information, and collect security deposits and rent.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• A minimum of one-year sales or leasing consultant experience
• Customer service, hospitality, or product sales background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in working in various digital platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and various industry-related software platforms
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain a 'can do' attitude to ensure the property's success
• Flexibility to work required schedule including weekends
• Successful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employment
