Role OverviewProvide top quality customer service to prospective and current residents, conduct onsite community tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents. Work with residents on lease renewals, support marketing efforts, and prepare leasing documentation. Maintain a working knowledge of rent and pricing information, concessions, vacancies, availability, and community offerings.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of one-year sales or leasing consultant experience
- Customer service, hospitality, or product sales background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in working in various digital platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and various industry-related software platforms
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain a 'can do' attitude to ensure the property's success
- Flexibility to work required schedule including weekends
- Successful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employment
