Role Overview

Leasing Consultant will provide top quality customer service to prospective and current residents, conduct onsite community tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents. The role requires working with residents on lease renewals, supporting marketing efforts, and preparing leasing documentation. The Leasing Consultant will work closely with onsite management and maintenance teams to provide residents with top quality service.

Conduct onsite community tours, lease apartments to prospective residents, work with residents on lease renewals, support marketing efforts, prepare leasing documentation, collect security deposits and rent, and work closely with onsite management and maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year sales or leasing consultant experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in working in various digital platforms. The candidate should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, maintain a 'can do' attitude, and be flexible to work required schedule including weekends.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A minimum of one-year sales or leasing consultant experience
  • Customer service, hospitality, or product sales background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in working in various digital platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and various industry-related software platforms
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain a 'can do' attitude to ensure the property's success
  • Flexibility to work required schedule including weekends
  • Successful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employment
