Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant's primary job is to rent apartments, whether it's to a new prospect or a current resident. They will also assist the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager as directed.
What You Will Do
The Leasing Consultant will perform tasks related to renting apartment homes, including generating traffic, responding to inquiries, greeting prospective residents, and closing sales. They will also visually inspect the property daily, process rental applications, and maintain lease files.

Requirements
- High school degree required, college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Computer software experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Entrada, and Google Suite
