Role OverviewWeinstein Properties is a family-owned company with over 60 apartment communities across multiple states. The Leasing Consultant role is a hands-on position that requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and adaptability. The team is highly collaborative, and everyone does a little bit of everything. The role involves guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, building relationships with current residents, and performing administrative tasks.
What You Will Do
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be responsible for customer service, sales, and administrative tasks. You'll work with a high-performing team, and recognition and promotion come from commitment and results. You'll sometimes work outside standard hours to support resident events or assist during weather challenges.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Weinstein Properties invests in people, not just resumes. They believe in training talent from the ground up, and many of their best Leasing Consultants didn't come with industry experience. If you're energetic, friendly, adaptable, and eager to learn, they'll teach you everything you need to know to thrive in this role.
