Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant is responsible for duties related to leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents through a customer service focus.
What You Will Do
The Leasing Consultant will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, record visits, inspect models, and process applications. They will also assist in monitoring renewals, distribute and follow up on renewal notices, and monitor advertising effectiveness.

Requirements
- Experience in working with the public and/or sales
- Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents
- Two (2) years experience in previous relevant customer service
- Neat, clean, and professional throughout the workday and/or whenever present in the community
