Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant is responsible for achieving maximum occupancy at the property, generating and handling telephone and on-site traffic, showing 'ready' apartments, and qualifying prospects. They provide high-quality prospect and resident service.
What You Will Do
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for various tasks, including greeting and introducing prospective residents, interviewing and assessing their needs and qualifications, scheduling application intakes, and processing applications. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of resident transactions, issuing resident receipts, and handling marketing outreach.

Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of related experience
- Experience in a property management or apartment community and/or with affordable housing programs
- Multilingual skills
- Ability to use and communicate through email
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite, Outlook, and property management software
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
