Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant will deliver exceptional service in all interactions with prospects and residents, conduct tours, and manage the leasing process. They will also develop a strong understanding of lease documents and ensure completion and compliance prior to resident move-in.
What You Will Do
The Leasing Consultant will strive for Five by meeting or exceeding expectations for secret shops, build and maintain strong marketing relationships, and assist with advertising material preparation and planning. They will also conduct daily inspections, identify and report liability or maintenance issues, and assist with resident lease renewals, transfers, and move-outs.
