Role OverviewAs a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in the leasing and sales process. Your excellent customer service and strong sales skills will help attract and retain residents as we strive to grow our communities.
What You Will Do
Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, answer questions, process lease applications, and maintain accurate records of leads and prospects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management software (Entrata preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
