Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant will work full-time hours with some weekend shifts required. This position is responsible for coordinating activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. This position is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
What You Will Do
The Leasing Consultant will greet residents and host tours for prospects, ensure model apartments are in touring condition, answer and distribute incoming calls and messages, receive and distribute all incoming mail, and maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity.

Requirements
- One (1) year of previous leasing experience is preferred; one (1) year of previous residential leasing experience with Yardi is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license/automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
- Good oral communication skills and the ability to work with people.
