Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant is responsible for duties related to leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction. The role requires a customer service focus to create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents.
What You Will Do
The Leasing Consultant will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, record visits, inspect models, and update availability reports. They will also process applications, monitor renewals, and assist with various tasks as required.

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
