Role OverviewAs a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of the property, providing exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. What You Will Do
You will show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property, process rental applications accurately and efficiently, guide residents through move-in, and provide superior customer service. You will also perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards and support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements
- At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.
