Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant plays a vital role in supporting the success of the community through exceptional customer service and strong leasing performance. This position guides prospective residents through the entire leasing process—from initial inquiry through move-in—while building positive relationships with current residents and onsite team members.
What You Will Do
The Leasing Consultant will greet and assist prospective residents, showcase the community and model units, present apartment features and benefits, and process rental applications. They will also support lease renewals and resident retention efforts, and utilize strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills to address prospect and resident needs.

Requirements

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and property management systems
