Role OverviewAs a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for duties related to leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction. You will create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents through a customer service focus.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include greeting prospects and qualifying them, preparing move-in packages and lease paperwork, inspecting models and available units, and updating the availability report.

Requirements
- Experience in working with the public and/or sales
- Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain
- Two (2) years experience in previous relevant customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Neat, clean, and professional throughout the workday and/or whenever present in the community
