Key responsibilities include greeting and engaging prospective residents, conducting community tours, processing rental applications, and responding to resident questions and concerns.

Requirements
- Previous experience in leasing or a related field
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and effectively close leases
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Yardi, ResMan, On-Site, or other property management software
- Basic math and financial comprehension skills
- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
