Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant is responsible for representing the community to prospective residents, leasing apartment homes, and providing exceptional customer service to current and future residents. This role focuses on achieving occupancy and revenue goals by effectively marketing the community, conducting property tours, executing leases, and fostering positive resident relationships.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will greet prospective residents in person, by phone, and electronically, assess prospects' needs, and present appropriate housing options. They will also conduct property and apartment tours, accurately complete guest cards, and maintain prospect data in the property management system.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills with ability to close leases
- Basic knowledge of leasing practices and customer service principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; property systems experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
