Greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, record visits, inspect units, process applications, monitor renewals, and assist with various tasks.

Requirements
- Experience in working with the public and/or sales
- Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain
- Two (2) years experience in previous relevant customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Neat, clean, and professional throughout the workday and/or whenever present in the community
