What You Will Do
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for the full leasing process from application to move-in, providing accurate information on pricing, availability, and policies, and maintaining up-to-date resident files. The successful candidate will also promote the property through outreach efforts and marketing ideas, monitor advertising platforms, and provide insight into digital performance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- One or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies
- Basic computer proficiency; comfort with digital tools
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
