Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant provides information, onsite tours of the community, with the intent to lease apartments to prospective residents; provides customer service to existing residents to make a positive impact for the property.
What You Will Do
Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy. Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience, basic math skills, and competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office.
