Role OverviewAs a Leasing Consultant at Blue Agave Villas, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents while supporting the overall success of the property. You'll be the welcoming face of the community, greeting and engaging residents, conducting community tours, and processing rental applications.

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Yardi, ResMan, On-Site, or other property management software preferred
- Basic math and financial comprehension skills
- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
