Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showing apartments to prospects, securing leases, and maintaining occupancy and customer satisfaction at a premium level. The role requires a commitment to the Company's guiding principles of trust, honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct. The Leasing Consultant will work in partnership with residents and the community to determine solutions and accomplish goals.
What You Will Do
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments at optimum rent levels, greeting customers, converting walk-in prospects into secured leases, and maintaining a waiting list. The role also involves preparing leases, conducting move-in orientations, and handling subleases, renewals, and vacating notices.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding sales ability in a computerized environment and one year of leasing experience. The Leasing Consultant will be expected to work in partnership with residents and the community to determine solutions and accomplish goals. Bonus opportunities of up to $10,000 throughout the year are available.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding sales ability in a computerized environment
