You'll serve as the first point of contact for many future tenants, guiding them through the leasing process, answering questions, and showcasing the features and benefits of the community.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a sales focused position
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide tailored solutions
- Strong understanding of local leasing laws, fair housing regulations, and compliance standards
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
