Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant reports directly to the Community Manager, successfully leasing and marketing the property, and generating traffic. They will work closely with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to facilitate leasing and ensure the property's general appearance and condition.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include showing rent ready apartments, meeting with prospective applicants, qualifying residents, preparing lease documents, and maintaining resident files. You will also assist in collecting rents, preparing receipts, and following up with guests.

Requirements
- Minimum one year in a customer service related field
- High School education or equivalent
- Proficient in English language in verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Working knowledge of general office equipment
