Role OverviewAn Atrium Leasing Consultant will own the leasing process at their assigned community in Nashville. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant is expected to make teamwork and customer service their top priority.
What You Will Do
Have complete knowledge of the apartment community and competition in the area, greet customers, tour apartment community, process incoming lease applications, and maintain an acceptable closing ratio.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience leasing at a multi-family apartment community
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver License
