Role OverviewAs a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of Carmel at Woodcreek West, a 222-rental home community. You'll greet and guide potential residents, build lasting relationships, and help individuals and families find their perfect home.
What You Will Do
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, conduct property tours, explain leasing terms, and utilize sales techniques to convert inquiries into leases.

Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with leasing/property management software (Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio) is a bonus
