Leasing Consultant

Camden South Charlotte/Blakeney is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the first impression for potential and current residents. This full-time role focuses on ensuring resident satisfaction while meeting leasing, retention, and occupancy goals for the community.

What You Will Do

Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale, completing lease documents, and inspecting units. Showcase community features, use creative marketing and social media strategies to increase traffic, and support occupancy and retention goals by following up with prospects and residents.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires one year of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and leasing/property management experience. Candidates should be customer-focused, have strong communication skills, and be able to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
