What You Will Do
Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community, assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community, coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents, collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events, assist residents with lease renewals and various requests, provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a least 1+ year experience in sales, marketing and strong customer service, previous leasing experience preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, professional and detailed orientated, a willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
