Role OverviewResponsible for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing apartment homes, coordinating move-in information forms, and resolving resident issues/concerns. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring availability Tuesday through Saturday.
What You Will Do
Greet and assist prospective residents, give property tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process. Support marketing efforts, stay informed on local amenities, and promote community features.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Provide great customer service, help resolve resident concerns, and assist with move-ins. Support resident events and communication efforts, process applications, collect deposits, and maintain accurate records.
