Role OverviewThe Leasing Consultant will work on all aspects of onsite apartment leasing, handling incoming calls, online and in-person traffic, leasing apartments, and preparing leasing files for approval and renewals.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include greeting residents and prospective residents, staying informed on market trends, communicating with prospects, performing market surveys, and preparing lease files.

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required
- Restaurant/Hospitality or direct Multi-family Industry experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong administrative and organization skills
- Strong computer proficiency: direct experience with Entrata, Yardi, or Onesite is preferred
