Job Description
Morguard is a fully integrated real estate company that invests in high-quality, well-located, multifamily assets across North America. We're hiring a motivated Leasing Consultant for our Apartment Community in Hollywood, FL. The Leasing Consultant will handle all aspects of onsite apartment leasing, including handling incoming calls, leasing apartments, and preparing leasing files for approval and renewals.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Restaurant/Hospitality or direct Multi-family Industry
  • Strong administrative and organization skills
  • Strong computer proficiency: direct experience with Entrata or Onesite is preferred
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing
