Job Description
TRG Management is a premier property management company seeking a Leasing Consultant for their newest lease-up in Soleste Seasside, Dania Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate.

Requirements

  • Interview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.
  • Accompany potential tenants to model apartments to explain size and layout, available amenities and services, and lease terms.
  • Fill out the lease form or agreement and collect the security deposit.
  • Periodically inspect the state of the property and make arrangements for essential maintenance.
  • Compile a list of available rental units.
  • Identify potential prospects.
  • Manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build great working connections with residents.
  • Answer incoming calls and voicemails professionally and promptly.
  • Process applications for approvals and update the availability report.
  • Monitor local market trends and update property comparable to keep an eye on competitors.
