Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing the leasing process, including advertising and promoting the property, utilizing industry-specific software for lead management, and ensuring timely conversion of leads to leases. The role will also involve providing tours to prospective and current residents, completing full cycle lease processes, and monitoring leasing activity and performance to support and maintain resident occupancy of 95%. The Leasing Manager will also be responsible for leading the leasing team, providing clear instruction, training, and coaching to ensure attainment of property leasing goals.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service, sales, leasing, or property management experience
• 1+ years of experience in a leasing or sales leadership role preferred
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong understanding of leasing, sales, customer service, and lead conversion practices
