Responsibilities include leading the property team to achieve 95% occupancy, utilizing effective sales strategies, conducting tours, responding to leasing inquiries, and completing follow-up with prospective residents.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
