Job Description
Harbor Group Management Company is a multi-billion dollar real estate investment and property management firm. We are looking for a Leasing Manager to develop and implement a leasing plan to attract new and retain current residents.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in conventional multifamily apartment leasing
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms
  • Excellent sales and customer service experience
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superior lead management skills
  • Knowledge and experience with MRI is a plus
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite
