Leasing & Marketing Manager

The Leasing & Marketing Manager oversees all leasing operations and marketing initiatives across INH Properties' portfolio, managing the leasing team, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and maintaining occupancy goals.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include supervising leasing team members, processing rental applications, setting and monitoring leasing goals, and collaborating with site teams on resident retention strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, real estate, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant leasing and/or marketing experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, and marketing tools (Canva, CRM platforms, etc.)
• Knowledge of property management industry and current marketing trends
