Role OverviewThis position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The Leasing Professional will perform all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.
What You Will Do
The Leasing Professional will greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, prepare the lease and move-in package, and ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current market and competitor conditions, be able to design and execute marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community, and have excellent communication skills to follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
