Job Description
This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

Requirements

  • Greet and qualify prospects
  • Conduct community tours and show apartments
  • Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks
  • Prepare the lease and move-in package
  • Ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing
  • Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in
  • Design and execute marketing activities
  • Use property management software to track apartment availability
  • Follow up with prospects and new residents
  • Execute and perform activities in support of the community’s lease renewal program
