Job Description

As a Leasing Professional-Floater, you will build rapport with future and current residents, monitor community support systems, and perform daily tasks essential to leasing an apartment home.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of general business, property management, sales or customer service
  • Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service or sales experience
  • Property management leasing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated problem resolution work experience
  • Ability to speak, read and write English
