What You Will Do
Guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and lease signings, maintain resident and property files accurately, market the community online and through local outreach, and support daily property operations and inspections.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Leasing experience preferred
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Social media and Entrata experience a plus
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
