Greet and tour prospective residents, present apartment features, qualify prospects, and assist with the application and leasing process.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales experience required
- Tax Credit / Affordable Housing experience a plus
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); property management software experience a plus
- Comfortable using social media and online tools for marketing and leasing
- Saturday availability required
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance standards
