Role OverviewJoin the ConcordRENTS Team as a Leasing Professional in Heritage Park, Kissimmee, FL. This role involves contributing to the success of the community by achieving leasing, marketing, and administrative objectives. The team member will build rapport with future and current residents to ensure desired occupancy and retention levels.
What You Will Do
Daily tasks include preparing the property for business, responding to prospective resident inquiries, encouraging prospective residents to schedule tour appointments, determining needs of prospective residents, and explaining the value of available lease options.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills
