What You Will Do
The Leasing Professional will welcome prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, complete lease agreements, and maintain resident files and leasing documentation.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata is preferred
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Available to work Saturdays
