Role OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Professional to join our team at The Parks at Fig Garden in Fresno, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving our apartment community's leasing goals, maximizing occupancy rates, and enhancing resident satisfaction and retention.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations related to leasing apartments, conducting property tours, processing applications, and executing renewal strategies to maintain high levels of resident engagement.

Requirements
- at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment or leasing property management role
- passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home
- goal oriented
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- comfortable learning or knowing property management software like Yardi, MRI, or other leasing and property management systems
- friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
- available to work weekends
- physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
