Greet visitors, present features and benefits of the apartment community, distribute and follow up on renewal notices, maintain inventory, assist with maintenance service requests, and maintain marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- Communicate effectively and courteously with residents, associates, management, and guests.
- Greet visitors and present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner.
- Electronically distribute and follow up on renewal notices to current residents.
- Maintain an accurate and updated inventory of apartments available to rent in the property management software system.
- Assist with maintenance service requests with appropriate documentation and follow up daily to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Maintain marketing initiatives to connect and engage residents; post announcements, photos, updates, and event information.
- Ability to create Facebook Marketplace account for leasing.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to provide a thorough and exceptional experience for residents or prospective residents.
