Leasing Professional

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at Pine Street Flats in The Gulch, Nashville. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for welcoming and connecting with prospective residents, leasing apartments, and maintaining leasing and resident records. You will also build relationships with residents and local businesses to support retention and marketing. What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include welcoming and connecting with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails, and follow-up, leasing apartments, preparing and maintaining leasing and resident records, maintaining model apartments and vacant homes, building relationships with residents and local businesses, responding to resident questions and concerns, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with Entrata is a plus
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work Saturdays
• High school diploma or GED
