Leasing Sales Specialist, Multi-Site

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in multifamily housing, active adult, senior housing or hospitality
• Regional sales or multi-site support experience, preferred
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet occupancy goals
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges
• Quick-thinking problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
• Exceptional relationship-building skills—able to work well with a variety of personalities and adapt to different community cultures
• Strong organizational skills to prepare and optimize sales offices for smooth transitions
• Experience with onboarding and training new team members in a sales setting
• Comfortable navigating CRM systems (Yardi, Welcome Home, or similar)
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with regional leadership
• Commitment to servant leadership—a team player who genuinely cares about supporting others
• Must have reliable transportation; flexibility to work a regular Tues-Sat schedule
• Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities; must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
